What drives you? From my experience in engineering, HSE consulting, audit and business I have noticed the shift in how companies view environmental, social and governance risk. Current events, listening to the Boyer lectures with Dr Andrew Forrest and my personal investment in our environment solidified my passion and drive to enact change and make a difference.
What projects do you work on that you love or are most passionate about and why? Working with the Agriculture energy investment plan allows Ndevr to help agricultural businesses secure much needed funding to not only improve sustainability but also profitability. Farming and in particular family farming has been and still is the backbone of Australian agriculture and to have the opportunity to relieve some pressure is very rewarding.
Career highlight/game changing project/something that made a big impact: One of my biggest achievements was saving Suez upwards of $300,000 by using an unconventional method of recycling onsite materials.
