What drives you? My passion in helping both businesses and people achieve their goals as well as building the most effective workforce, retaining talent, increasing diversity and inclusion, and driving overall company culture.
What projects do you work on that you love or are most passionate about and why? Currently, we are experiencing a talent landscape, unlike anything we have experienced before so accelerating a digital footprint to drive employer consideration is extremely important. I enjoy taking the lead to proactively set people’s priorities in alignment with the organisation’s business plan. This entails managing investments in people and technology while cultivating a positive culture and employee experience.
