What drives you? I am motivated by my passion for sustainability and my conviction that we need to improve the relationship between humans and the natural world. I believe that environmental sustainability and economic development go hand in hand. I’m excited by the opportunities that are arising as we transition towards a net zero future.
What projects do you work on that you love or are most passionate about and why? I love working on projects where I can support clients to develop strategies for emissions reduction. These projects demonstrate that our energy transition provides many opportunities that can benefit both businesses and our environment.
Career highlight/game changing project/something that made a big impact: I was once teaching school students about climate change. A number of them asked me a simple yet powerful question: why aren’t we doing more to stop global warming? In this moment, I realised that I needed to be part of the solution to this problem. As a result, I changed my career so I could work directly with organisations and support them to reduce their emissions.
