What drives you? Many things! I love that we are a B Corp and help other businesses strive to be and do their best to make a positive change in the world.  I love the passion our team brings which inspires me every day. To me, sustainability has always made sense in terms of optimising the efficiency of the system we operate in for the environment, its people and the economy. Humans have such a tendency to overcomplicate things.

What projects do you work on that you love or are most passionate about and why? The projects where we see real action and outcomes. For example, the Charging the Regions project, where we worked with all the Victorian Councils to provide guidance, support and capacity building and they’re now rolling out community EV public charging across the state.

Career highlight/game changing project/something that made a big impact: As above – Charging the Regions has been a favourite. We received a lot of good feedback from a range of stakeholders on how it helped them. I’ve loved all the capacity building programs we’ve done too which include smarter fleets, the Sustainable Victorian Ai Group long lasting energy efficiency project, and all the council consortium projects. On these projects, rather than just providing a report to sit on a shelf, we’ve transferred knowledge to these teams that empowers them and that they can build upon going forward.
