What drives you? I’m driven by my passion for the environment and the desire to raise awareness about the declining of biodiversity and climate change issues.
What projects do you work on that you love or are most passionate about and why? I am involved in different Emissions Reduction Fund advisory projects. After my experience in academia, I appreciate this direct role I have on environmental emergencies by putting my skills at the direct service of stakeholders to help them achieve optimal environmental, social, and economic objectives.
Career highlight/game changing project/something that made a big impact: The completion of my PhD, which focused on the interactions between plants and wild bees (which are drastically declining in Europe), was obviously a great step in my career, but it was also a great opportunity to raise awareness about environmental issues among my personal and professional entourage. It was an exciting scientific and social challenge.
